Tony MacDonald brings over 30 years of experience in the biotechnology industry to Phaser Solutions Inc.’s Board of Directors. A strategic thinker with a knack for building high-performing teams, Tony’s proven track record of leadership and strategic vision complements the technical proficiencies of co-founders Adam and Lucid, providing invaluable guidance in corporate and sales strategy.
Prior to joining Phaser, Tony held key leadership positions at prominent companies, including President of Spectrum Laboratories, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Solmetex, and Vice President at PALL Corporation. Most notably, Tony led Spectrum Laboratories from an early-stage company to a successful acquisition by Repligen for approximately $359 million in 2017.
Tony’s expertise lies in the development and commercialization of disruptive single-use technologies, fundamentally changing process development and commercial production methodologies within the biotech sector. As Tony says, “I’ve always been driven by the desire to identify unmet needs in the market and develop solutions that truly make a difference for our customers.
